Olewig
Olewig sits in the southeast of Trier. Officially a city district, it has always been a wine village at heart. Family-run wineries cluster around the old village core, the Weinkulturpfad (wine culture trail) winds through the surrounding hillside vineyards, and in early August the Olewiger Weinfest celebrates the Riesling and Elbling harvest.
